We’re a new business, family-owned, with over two decades of experience working in and around restaurants. We saw the potential of convenient meals that keep the cost low all while not cutting corners on freshness, so you get real value without feeling like you’re sacrificing quality. Unlike other grab-and-go restaurants, every dish at Rice-Mi is cooked to order using our stir-fry machine in as little as 5 minutes.

Our recipes are fine-tuned by us — Chinese owners who know the flavors and techniques to make a good stir fry.

We are starting small, sharing a space with Bistro Ume in Les Suites Victoria (1 Rue Victoria, Gatineau, QC), but our vision goes further. With a simple setup that doesn’t require heavy equipment, we are excited to grow and offer fresh, affordable, delicious Chinese dishes to the Capital Region.
